This is Part 2 of Conflicting Thoughts Create STRESS.  As you may remember, in Part 1 I spoke about how all of life is energy, energy can change form but it cannot die and death is just change.  I gave you some information regarding cycles, holidays, birthdays, illness and death.

Stress Part 2

I’d like to talk more about the cycle associated with our birthdays.  It’s a bit challenging to put into words, but I’ll do the best I can.  For starters, our God, our Spirit, our Programmer, whatever your name is for the Source of Who You Really Are, has a plan for you. There are certain things for you to experience, complete and release on a yearly basis as part of this plan.

Did you know that up to 30 days before and 30 days after your birthday is a special time for you, on an unconscious level?  During this window of time you will be experiencing and completing things that your Source Point has set for you.  Many people find these days to be stressful with all kinds of pressures.  Just notice this the next time your birthday is approaching. This information can help you actually enjoy watching the events that are completing and supporting “The New You.”

What is important for you to know is that YOU get to decide how you are going to perceive what is happening in your life.  You get to discover new understandings, to shift your perceptions, to evolve and change.

On a larger scale, our entire world is desiring to move to a whole new level.

Because of this, the frequency and intensity of things happening on the planet is increasing.  You are a significant part of the shifts that are going on because you are contributing to the changes just by being who you are.

Consider the 8 billion or so people on the planet when you think about what happens around birthdays.  Then add the stresses and strains around holidays and illness.  Overall, a significant collective energy is present throughout the year with the intensity varying depending on the time of the year.

Thoughts Create Stress

So what to do in the face of all these pressures?  Well, that brings us back to how our thoughts can create stress.  Actually, our thoughts can also diminish our stress.  Pay attention to your stress level.  When you notice your tension is at a high level, you can remind yourself of all that I’ve been talking about.

STOP!  Take a breath.  Become aware of what is actually happening.  Are you allowing yourself to be pulled into a vortex of overwhelm?  You are at choice.  You don’t have to go there.

Amidst all that is happening, one of the most freeing things you can do is to be true to yourself.  Do what brings you Joy.  Let go of trying to please others at your own expense as that does not work.  Know that you get to choose how you perceive everything in your life.  You can choose a bigger perspective and in doing so release stress.

I would love to hear from you about your experiences with this material. Please feel free to email me at

Until next time.
