What we collect, and why.

This policy covers esateys.com, operated by Ultimate Relationship Academy, LLC ("we," "us," "Esateys"). It explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

This site collects information only when you choose to give it to us — there is no tracking of visitors who simply browse. The forms on the Connect, Masterclass, Stay Close to the Work, and Immersion pages ask for your name and email address, sometimes a phone number, and sometimes a short message, so we can reply to you.

Registering for the free masterclass happens here on esateys.com, on the Masterclass page itself. The form records your name, email address, optional phone number, and which of the two dates you chose, so we can send you the Zoom link for the right session.

The “Stay Close to the Work” page asks for your name, email address and, only if you want to give it, a phone number — so we can send you the occasional letter and let you know when a new Masterclass or program opens. There is nothing else attached to it, and you can ask to come off the list at any time.

Enrolling in The Reset Experience is different: the enrollment buttons hand you off to a checkout page hosted by systeme.io, our payment and course-delivery provider. Anything you enter there — including your payment details, which we never see or store — is covered by systeme.io's own privacy policy, not this one. Our refund policy for the Reset Experience is in the Terms of Service.

How we use it

Solely to respond to you and to run the program you signed up for — to answer a question, send you a masterclass link, follow up on an enrollment request, or process an application. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, and we do not use it for anything beyond the reason you gave it to us.

Who sees it

A form submission goes to two places, both of them ours to use and neither of them an advertiser. It is emailed to us through Formspree, a third-party form-processing service that briefly handles the data in transit; and it is recorded as a contact in systeme.io, the service we use to send the Zoom link and any follow-up about the program you asked about. No one else — no ad networks, no analytics companies, no data brokers.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or visitor analytics software of any kind.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and applications only as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, follow up about a program. You can ask us to delete anything we hold about you at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@esateys.com. We will respond personally.

Children

This site and its programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
