The plain agreement.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") before using esateys.com (the "Site"), operated by Ultimate Relationship Academy, LLC ("we," "us," "Esateys"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please don't use the Site.

What this Site is

Esateys.com is an informational and educational site describing Esateys' coaching, retreats, and the Living Beyond Achievement body of work. The free masterclass is registered for directly on this Site, at no charge. The Reset Experience is enrolled in through a checkout page hosted by our payment and course-delivery provider, systeme.io — payment is taken there, not on esateys.com, and that purchase is subject to the terms shown at checkout as well as these. The Immersion is still entered into by application and private conversation, not an automated checkout.

Payment

The Reset Experience is offered at $997 paid in full, or two payments of $555. Tuition is charged through systeme.io, which handles the checkout and the card details; we do not see or store your payment information. If you have a question about your enrollment, your payment, or your place in a group, email support@esateys.com and we will answer personally.

Refunds

You may cancel your enrollment in the Reset Experience for a full refund any time before the second live session begins — Wednesday, September 23, 2026, 5:00 p.m. Pacific. If you are on the two-payment plan and cancel before that time, we will refund what you have paid and no further payment will be charged.

Once the second session has begun, enrollment is final and no refund is given, including for the payment-plan balance. To cancel, email support@esateys.com before the deadline above and we will process it personally.

Not medical, psychological, or therapeutic care

The content on this Site, and the coaching Esateys provides, is educational and developmental in nature. It is not medical advice, psychological treatment, or a substitute for therapy, and it is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, please seek a licensed professional.

Coaching outcomes depend on your own circumstances and effort. We don't promise a specific result from any program, retreat, or masterclass.

Accuracy of information

We keep this Site current as best we can, but program details, dates, and availability may change without notice, and the Site may occasionally contain an error or an outdated detail. We'll correct what we find.

Intellectual property

The Site's content — including its text, the Private Success Gap™, Function vs Identity™, and the other distinctions described here — is the property of Esateys, Rafael Stuchiner, and Ultimate Relationship Academy, LLC, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. None of it may be reproduced or used commercially without our prior written consent.

Links to other sites

The Site links to services we don't own or control — including our checkout and course-delivery provider (systeme.io) and our form-delivery provider (Formspree). We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we'd encourage you to read their policies before using them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultimate Relationship Academy, LLC and its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow this kind of limitation, so it may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Rafael Stuchiner, Esateys, and Ultimate Relationship Academy, LLC, and their employees, contractors, and agents, from any claim or expense arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll give at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the revised Terms.
